Our farrier gave us some support this month and offered to teach us both how to get handy with the rasp to keep on top of our herd’s hooves between his visits. He also donated his old apron and a new rasp. Livvy was brave enough to accept the training.
Jac kindly volunteered to be the hoof model during this training session, and he was brilliant, although his face was slightly quizzical about the role change.
Can you guess which Dartmoor Hill was the most difficult model that day?
